What do all these error codes mean

Many charge points display error codes through short codes or coloured blink patterns. Wherever possible, Leafy Energy translates these into human-readable text.

Explanation in the app

• For many integrations we show a short explanation below the error code.
• Examples: "Check if the RCD has not tripped" or "No connection to OEM cloud".
• In the demo we use fictional codes to demonstrate this feature.

What you can do yourself

• Always write down the exact error code and time.
• Only reset the charge point if the manual confirms it is safe to do so.
• Contact your installer if the same error keeps returning.
