A good incident report helps us fix things faster
The better you describe a problem, the faster Leafy Energy can help. This article explains how to submit a report including useful log details.
Information we need
- Date and time when the issue occurred.
- Screen or feature where it happened (for example “Usage dashboard”, “Charging schedules”).
- Any error message or unusual text on screen.
Collecting log details (optional)
- Take a screenshot of the issue.
- In some browsers you can open the developer console and capture any visible errors.
- In the demo we show a simple “copy diagnostics” button as an example.
Support and dev teams can share this article whenever a customer reports “something is broken” without providing much detail.
