I can’t see any up-to-date meter or usage data
If charts are empty or only show old data, there can be multiple causes. The Leafy Energy demo environment contains examples of each scenario.
1. Smart meter not properly linked
- Check in your profile whether the smart meter shows as “Active”.
- Verify that the metering point (EAN) is entered correctly.
2. Delay at the grid operator
- In some regions data is delivered in batches.
- This may cause charts to lag several hours behind real time.
3. Filters in the app
- Verify that the date range is set correctly (for example “Today” or “This week”).
- In the demo we show a scenario where a wrong filter looks like “no data”.
Support staff can use this article to quickly determine whether the issue is with customer settings, data delivery or filters in the app.
