The app or portal responds slowly
Several factors can make Leafy Energy feel slow. This article helps identify where the lag is coming from.
1. Network and latency
- A slow or unstable connection can delay dashboards and graphs.
- Test with a different connection or location (for example home vs office).
2. Browser or app version
- Check whether you are using the latest app version.
- Clear your browser cache if the portal feels sluggish.
3. A lot of data on screen
- Showing several years of data in a single graph requires heavy loading and rendering.
- Use filters (year, month, day) to make it faster and easier to read.
In the demo there is a “heavy user” profile with an extreme amount of data, so support staff can learn to recognise and handle such situations.
