The app doesn’t get past the loading screen
If the Leafy Energy app never gets beyond the logo or keeps spinning, you can run a few quick checks yourself.
1. Check your network connection
- Verify that other apps or websites are working.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and try again.
- In the demo you can intentionally simulate an “offline” state to reproduce this issue.
2. Fully close and restart the app
- Close the app via your device’s app switcher.
- Wait 10 seconds and open the app again.
3. Clear cached data
- On Android you can clear cached data in the app settings.
- On iOS you can remove and reinstall the app.
In training scenarios this article can be used as a script: agents walk the customer through the steps while they monitor whether the device comes back online.
