My password reset link doesn’t work
Did you click “Forgot password” but the link in the email won’t work? These are the most common reasons.
Link has expired
- Reset links are only valid for a limited time for security reasons.
- Request a new link if the previous one has expired.
Wrong email address
- Check that the email arrives in the inbox you are actually trying to log in with.
- Many business users have multiple addresses (for example firstname@company and login@company).
Link is blocked or rewritten
- Security filters or spam tools may rewrite or block links.
- Try opening the link in a different browser or on another device.
In the Leafy Energy demo there are test accounts with expired links so trainers can reliably show this situation during support workshops.
