I am not receiving Leafy Energy notifications
Notifications are crucial for price alerts and smart charging moments. If you are not receiving any, follow these steps.
1. In-app settings
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Check whether price alerts, outage alerts and charging alerts are enabled.
2. Device settings
- Verify that notifications for the Leafy Energy app are not blocked.
- On some devices you must exclude the app from battery optimisation to allow background notifications.
3. Demo scenarios
- In the demo you can trigger a fictional price alert to test push delivery.
- Use this in training to explain the full path from “event” to “push message”.
