Because Leafy Energy is a fictional demo environment, we use example opening hours to illustrate how availability can be communicated.

Example opening hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 20:00 (phone and email).
• Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00 (phone only for urgent faults).
• Sunday and public holidays: P1 emergencies via the emergency number only.

What you can do outside these hours

• Search for answers in the Help Center.
• Submit a ticket through the form; we pick it up the next business day.
• For real safety risks, always contact emergency services or your installer.
