Whether you have a question about your invoice, want to adjust a charging profile or report a fault, Leafy Energy support is available through several channels.
Available channels
- Help Center: search articles or use the smart search bar first.
- Contact form: available via the “Contact us” button in many articles.
- Email: the support address listed in your contract or welcome email.
- Phone: for urgent faults involving chargers and batteries (see opening hours).
- In-app: send short questions directly from the Leafy Energy app.
Information that helps us help you
- Your customer number or the email address used for registration.
- The date and time when you noticed the issue.
- A short description of what you expected and what actually happened.
- Any error codes or screenshots from the Leafy Energy app.
