“How long does it take for my new address to become active?”
Usually within one working day. Moves involving a grid operator change may take longer.
“Can I undo an address change?”
Yes, as long as the new address has not yet been used on an invoice or annual statement. If in doubt, contact support.
“When will my new IBAN be used for direct debit?”
From the next scheduled collection after you have confirmed the change.
“What if I entered the wrong address or IBAN?”
Update it as soon as possible in the portal and contact Leafy Energy support so we can check whether any payments or mail went to the wrong place.
