Keeping your details up to date
If you move house or receive a new bank account number, it is important to update your details with Leafy Energy. That way invoices, annual statements and direct debits always go to the right place.
Changing your address
- Log in to the Leafy Energy customer portal.
- Go to Profile & contract.
- Click Address details and select “Change address”.
- Enter your new address and confirm.
Changing your bank account (IBAN)
- Open Billing & payments.
- Select “Manage payment methods”.
- Choose your current IBAN and click “Edit”.
- Enter your new IBAN and confirm a new direct debit mandate.
In the demo environment this flow is used to show how quickly changes are reflected in future deposits and billing notifications.
