Error on the charge point – where to start?
Charge points usually communicate problems using a numeric error code or LED colour patterns. Leafy Energy can often read and translate these codes.
Typical error categories
- Network error: charger has no connection to backend or internet.
- Car communication error: car and charger cannot negotiate a session.
- Hardware fault: internal relay or cable sensor reports a problem.
- Authorisation error: charge card or app token is rejected.
