“Can I add multiple payment methods?”
Yes, you can add both an IBAN for direct debit and a credit card as backup. You choose which one is the default.
“Can I change my payment term?”
Official payment conditions are fixed, but in some cases support can help you with a more flexible practical arrangement.
“How do I know my payment was received?”
In the app you see each invoice marked as “Open”, “Processing” or “Paid”. You also receive a confirmation email.
“Do I always pay on the same day of the month?”
With direct debit, yes (on the agreed day). With manual payments it depends on when you initiate the transfer.
