How to set up and manage direct debit

With direct debit, Leafy Energy automatically collects your deposits and invoices. It is the easiest way to ensure on-time payments.

Activating direct debit

1. Open the app and go to Billing & payments.
2. Select “Set up direct debit”.
3. Enter your IBAN and confirm the mandate digitally.

Managing or cancelling

You can pause direct debit or switch to another payment method in the portal. In the demo environment you can show a scenario where a customer temporarily pauses direct debit while moving house.
