Leafy Energy uses simple, transparent payment terms so you always know where you stand.

Payment terms in the demo environment

• Monthly deposit invoice: standard 14 days payment term.
• Interim settlement invoice: standard 14 days.
• Annual statement: standard 30 days to pay any remaining balance.

Direct debit vs manual payment

• With direct debit, we collect automatically within the payment term.
• With manual payment, you are responsible for transferring funds in time.

The app clearly shows the due date per invoice and a small “X days left to pay” indicator. In demos, you can show how this countdown changes over time.
