Common causes of failed direct debit

• Insufficient funds on your account.
• Bank-imposed limits on direct debit.
• Outdated IBAN details.

What does Leafy Energy do?

• You receive a notification in the app and by email.
• We offer the option to retry direct debit or pay manually.
• Only after repeated failures is your account marked as “overdue”.
