When a big energy bill arrives at the wrong time
If you receive a disappointing annual statement or a very high monthly bill, a payment plan can help. In the Leafy Energy demo we offer a simple flow to request one.
When can you request a plan?
- For a large outstanding balance on the annual statement.
- After a period with exceptionally high prices.
- During temporary financial difficulties.
How does it work?
- Open the invoice in the app.
- Choose “Request payment plan”.
- Select a suggested schedule (for example 3 or 6 instalments) or propose your own.
In demo training, staff can practise with different storylines, such as a proactive customer asking for help versus someone who ignored multiple reminders.
