Conversation flow for a Leafy Energy customer
This is a detailed demo script for support staff who want to walk a customer through their annual statement. It is meant as inspiration, not as a rigid checklist.
Suggested structure
- Start with a summary: “You have paid more/less than your actual costs this year.”
- Walk through the main blocks: usage, fixed fees, taxes.
- Explain deposits vs actual: show the chart.
- Discuss the future: ask if they want to adjust their deposit.
Tips for tone and language
- Avoid jargon where possible.
- Use concrete examples (“your EV roughly uses as much as…”).
- End on a positive, solution-focused note.
