How do solar panels show up on your annual statement?

If you have solar panels, you will see their impact on your Leafy Energy annual statement. In many countries net metering is still used: offsetting consumption with exported energy.

What does Leafy Energy do with exported energy?

• We record how many kWh you export back to the grid each hour.
• Depending on local regulations, this is either netted against your usage or compensated separately.

How is this shown on the annual statement?

• A separate section labelled “Solar export”.
• A breakdown of kWh used and kWh exported.
• If applicable, a separate export tariff per kWh.
