For companies, Leafy Energy offers extra capabilities such as multiple locations, separate billing, and role-based access within your organisation.

Creating a business account

1. During registration, choose Business.
2. Enter your company name, billing address, and VAT number.
3. Select whether you want to manage one or multiple connections.

Roles and permissions

• Administrator: can add locations, manage users, and change settings.
• Finance: can access invoices, reports, and contract details.
• Viewer: can view usage and prices but cannot change settings.

You can assign permissions per location and per user, so for example a store manager only sees their own branch.
