It happens. Fortunately you can reset your Leafy Energy password in just a few steps.

Resetting your password

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?.
2. Enter the email address linked to your Leafy Energy account.
3. You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.
4. Choose a strong password and confirm.

Tips for a strong password

• Use at least 12 characters.
• Mix upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Don’t reuse a password from another service.

If you use social login (such as Google or Apple), you manage your password with that provider. Leafy Energy does not store your social login password.
