Account verification and first login

Before you can use all Leafy Energy features, you need to verify your email address. This prevents others from misusing your address.

How to verify your account

1. After registration you receive an email with the subject “Activate your Leafy Energy account”.
2. Click the Activate account button.
3. Your browser opens and confirms that your account is now active.

Logging in for the first time

• Open the Leafy Energy login page.
• Enter your email and password or choose your social login.
• Complete any extra security step (such as a verification code).

After your first login, a short onboarding flow will help you:

• choose your preferred language,
• set notification preferences,
• and get a first look at dynamic tariffs and dashboards.
