Login problems
If you cannot log in, there is usually a simple reason. Work through the steps below before contacting support.
1. Check your details
- Make sure you are using the correct email address.
- Try your password again or reset it via Forgot password.
2. Two-factor codes not working
- Check the time on your phone (it should be synced with internet time).
- Use the most recent code from your authenticator app or SMS.
3. Browser or app issues
- Clear cache/cookies or try a different browser.
- Check whether you’re using the latest version of the app.
If you still cannot log in after these steps, create a ticket via the Help Center contact form or email us from the address associated with your account.
