Creating your Leafy Energy account: step by step

Your first Leafy Energy account

With a Leafy Energy account you get access to dynamic tariffs, usage dashboards, and smart integrations with your home, car, and battery.

Step 1: Start registration

1. Open the Leafy Energy app or online portal.
2. Click Sign up or Create account.
3. Choose whether you want a residential or business account.

Step 2: Enter basic details

• First and last name (as shown on your energy invoices).
• Email address (for confirmations and alerts).
• A strong password that you don’t use elsewhere.

Step 3: Address and connection

Using your postal code and house number we request your connection details from the grid operator. You immediately see if dynamic tariffs are available at your address.

Step 4: Confirm and log in

You receive a confirmation email. Click the link to activate your account and then log in to finish your profile.

From there you can start linking your smart meter, EV, home battery, and smart home integrations.
