Closing or pausing your account
You may no longer need Leafy Energy at some point: you move house, close your business, or temporarily switch to another solution. In that case you can choose to close your account or pause it.
Pausing your account
- Your contract is ended, but you keep (temporary) access to your historical data.
- Integrations such as Home Assistant and Homey may continue to function in a limited way, depending on your settings.
Permanently closing your account
- Your contract is terminated and you can no longer log in.
- We only retain the data we are legally required to keep (for example for billing and accounting).
You can request a pause or closure via the portal or through our support team. We will always inform you of the impact before we finalise the change.
