Login problems
Is logging in not working? Below are the most common error messages and what you can do to fix them.
“Incorrect username or password”
- Check for typos in your email address.
- Pay attention to uppercase letters and special characters in your password.
- Use the Forgot your password feature if you’re unsure.
“Account temporarily locked”
After multiple failed attempts we temporarily lock your account. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password via the link on the login page.
“This confirmation or invitation link has expired”
Request a new link via the password reset flow or contact support. Always click the most recent email you received.
If you’re still stuck, take a screenshot of the login page including the error message and attach it to your support request. That helps us quickly identify what’s going wrong.
