What is a strong password?

• At least 12 characters long.
• A mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• No obvious words or personal information (such as names or dates of birth).

Best practices

• Use a unique password for Leafy Energy, different from other services.
• Store your password in a password manager rather than on paper or in plain notes.
• Change your password if you suspect anyone has seen it or if your email account has been compromised.
