Is my car compatible with Leafy Energy smart charging?
With a few quick checks you can see whether your car works with Leafy Energy directly, via the charge point, or only in basic mode.
Step 1: Check the car list in the app
- Open the Leafy Energy app.
- Go to Settings > Cars & chargers.
- Select “Add a new car” and search for your brand and model.
Step 2: Check the support level
- Fully supported: the app shows “Cloud integration” or “Direct OEM link”.
- Charger only: the car is not directly connected, but smart charging works via your wallbox.
- Limited: only simple time schedules, no live SOC or vehicle data.
Step 3: Demo options
In demo environments you can add fictional cars to simulate behaviour. That way you can show a “fully integrated” model next to a “basic only” model and highlight the differences in the dashboards.
