Checklist: no data visible
Still not seeing any smart meter data in Leafy Energy? Work through this checklist step by step.
1. Is the connection complete?
- Check the status under Meter & connections.
- If it still shows “pending”, wait up to 48 hours after linking.
2. Permission at the grid operator
- Log into your grid operator’s portal and verify that remote reading is enabled.
- Try toggling remote reading off and back on as a “reset”.
3. Multiple accounts or locations?
- Make sure you are in the correct Leafy Energy environment and profile.
4. Known incidents
- Check the Leafy Energy status page for any issues affecting data flows from grid operators.
5. Contact support
If everything seems correct but you still see no data, create a ticket with Leafy Energy support. Include screenshots and the date you linked your meter. In the demo you can walk through the same flow using fictional incidents and tickets.
