Getting help if you get stuck
Even with a rich Help Center, it’s possible to get stuck. In your first months with Leafy Energy it’s important to know where to turn.
1. Search the Help Center
- Start with the Getting started with Leafy Energy and Dynamic energy prices and tariffs categories.
- Use keywords such as “smart meter”, “EV charging”, or “invoice” in the search bar.
2. Community (optional in this demo)
In a real environment, Leafy Energy might offer a community forum where customers share tips and experiences. In the demo you can explain this conceptually.
3. Contact support
- Create a ticket using the contact form in the Help Center.
- Ideally, use the email address linked to your account.
- Attach screenshots and, where relevant, meter readings or invoice references.
The better you describe your question, the faster support can help you—and the easier it becomes to fit Leafy Energy into your daily routine.
