Price alerts and notifications in your first month

Price alerts mean you don’t have to stare at charts all day. Leafy Energy pings you when it’s a good moment to act.

Configuring basic alerts

• In the app, go to Notifications > Price alerts.
• Set an alert for extremely high prices (for example when the price exceeds a threshold you choose).
• Add an alert for very low prices, useful for EV charging or turning on heavy appliances.

Linking behaviour to alerts

• Decide in advance which devices you’ll run during low prices (washing machine, dryer, boiler, EV, home battery).
• Where possible, create an automation in your smart home system so it doesn’t rely on manual actions.

Review after the first month

Look back: did you receive alerts and did you act on them? Adjust your thresholds if needed so you’re not overwhelmed, but still receive meaningful notifications.
