Your data and privacy when you leave
We take your privacy seriously — even if you decide to leave Leafy Energy.
After your contract ends
- Your account is deactivated and you can no longer log in.
- We only retain data we are legally required to keep (for example for billing and accounting).
- Data we no longer need is anonymised or deleted.
Exporting your data
Before you leave, you can request a data export of your usage history and invoices in the portal. This allows you to keep a copy of your historical data.
