If you get stuck or something isn’t clear, you can reach our support team in several ways.

Options

• Help Center: click Contact at the bottom of any article to submit a question immediately.
• In the app: use the support button in the menu to send a message, including screenshots.
• Email: you can also email us directly using the address shown in the app and on the website.

For urgent issues, such as outages or unexplained spikes in usage, we recommend using the options described in the “Outages, support, and safety” category.
