Missing public sessions? Here are the most common reasons
Leafy Energy relies on external data sources to show public charging sessions. Sometimes a session appears to be “missing”. This article explains the typical causes.
Possible causes
- The session has not yet been processed by your charge card provider.
- You have multiple charge cards and not all of them are linked to Leafy Energy.
- The location is marked as “private” in another system.
- There is a temporary issue in the roaming or data feed.
What you can do
- Check whether all relevant charge cards are connected.
- Wait 24 hours; some providers deliver data with a delay.
- Use the in-app support form to report missing sessions.
