Many Leafy Energy users drive both privately and for business. Home, workplace, and public charging often need different reimbursement or billing flows.

Home charging

• Shows up on your personal energy bill.
• You can pass on a per kWh reimbursement to your employer.
• Leafy Energy can generate export files for expense claims.

Public charging

• Invoices usually come from your charge card provider.
• Leafy Energy links these sessions to your driving profile for better insight.

Workplace charging

• May be free or internally re-billed.
• Is shown separately in reports, keeping private and business use clearly separated.

In demos, you can show an export screen with three tabs: Home, Work, and Public, each with its own totals and kWh prices.
