Leafy Energy can serve both households and business customers. Underlying levies are often similar, but VAT treatment and reporting differ.

VAT differences

• Residential customers: usually see amounts including VAT and cannot reclaim it.
• Business customers: typically work with net amounts and reclaim VAT in their accounting.

Reporting in the app

• Business profiles get additional export options (for example CSV with separate VAT columns).
• Residential profiles focus more on totals and monthly predictability.
