This fictional sample invoice shows what tax lines look like at Leafy Energy. It’s a useful visual aid in demos.

Main components

1. Electricity usage costs: kWh x dynamic all-in price (excl. VAT).
2. Energy tax: kWh x energy tax rate.
3. Government levies: any climate surcharges or other fees.
4. VAT: a percentage applied to all of the above.

Colour coding in the demo

• Blue: usage-based and supplier tariffs.
• Green: grid and system costs (optional).
• Red: taxes and levies.

Using this colour coding in the demo portal lets you show at a glance which part of the bill is influenced by Leafy Energy and which part is driven by government policy.
