Good logging helps you troubleshoot issues and understand security events. At the same time, you do not want logging in a Leafy Energy home to become a source of privacy conflicts.

What can you log?

• Which automation ran at what time.
• Who changed an important setting (such as temperature profiles).
• When devices were last seen online.

What should you avoid logging in detail?

• Exact movement patterns of residents, unless strictly necessary.
• Detailed camera footage, unless it lives in a dedicated security system.
