This short checklist helps you make sure your switch to Leafy Energy runs smoothly.

Before your start date

• Check the confirmation of your start date in the Leafy Energy app or email.
• Review the terms and any termination fees at your current supplier.
• Verify that your contact details and IBAN are correct in the Leafy Energy portal.
• Confirm that your smart meter can be read remotely.
• Decide which devices you want to control smartly (EV, home battery, boiler, washing machine, etc.).

On the day of the switch

• Write down and keep your meter readings for your own records.
• Log in to Leafy Energy and check whether prices and usage data are coming in.
