Your start date is the day Leafy Energy officially takes over supply from your current provider. From that moment on, your usage and costs appear in our environment and our dynamic tariffs apply.

How we determine that date

• We take into account the minimum notice period of your current supplier.
• We coordinate the date with the grid operator so the administrative switch is clean.
• You always receive an email confirmation with the final start date.

In your Leafy Energy portal you can view a timeline showing “Today”, “Last day with current supplier”, and “First day with Leafy Energy”, so you always know where you are in the switching process.
