Switching and moving at the same time

Are you moving house and want to switch to Leafy Energy at the same time? That’s possible, but there are a few extra details to keep in mind.

Key moments

• Old address: your current supplier issues a final bill based on meter readings on your move-out date.
• New address: you can choose Leafy Energy as your supplier at the new location, often starting the day you get the keys.
• Meter readings: write down and photograph the meter readings at both the old and new address.

In your Leafy Energy portal you can specify that the switch is part of a move. We will then send you specific instructions that cover “old supplier + old address” and “Leafy Energy + new address”.
