“Do I need a separate business tariff?”
In the demo we use a dedicated business tariff, but in reality this depends on your usage profile and contract options.
“Can I receive separate VAT invoices per site?”
Yes, in many cases invoices can be split per site or per entity. This is configured in the customer settings.
“How quickly are new VAT details reflected on my invoices?”
Usually from the next billing cycle after the change has been confirmed.
“Does Leafy Energy support foreign VAT numbers?”
In the demo we show examples with multiple countries and VAT numbers. In real life this depends on Leafy Energy's operational scope.
