Business invoices at Leafy Energy are structured around sites and optional cost centres, so you can see exactly where energy is consumed.

Invoice layout

• Top-level summary: total usage and total costs.
• Blocks per site, each with its own metering point and address.
• Optional breakdown per cost centre or department.

Linking to accounting

• Each site or cost centre has a code that appears in exports.
• This makes it easy to post invoices automatically.

In the demo we often show the same monthly invoice in three views: by contract, by site and by cost centre, to make the differences clear.
