No alerts? Here’s how to fix it
Expecting high-usage notifications but not seeing any? Work through this checklist.
1. Are alerts enabled?
- Verify in Settings & notifications that high-usage alerts are switched on.
- Check whether you selected push, email, or both.
2. Are your thresholds realistic?
- If your threshold is extremely high, nothing may ever be triggered.
- Temporarily try a lower threshold to test.
3. App and email settings
- Make sure the Leafy Energy app is allowed to show notifications in iOS/Android.
- Check your spam folder for emails.
4. Known incidents
- Check the Leafy Energy status page for issues affecting notification services.
If you still don’t see alerts after these steps, create a support ticket and include which alerts you expected and when.
