With Leafy Energy’s demo mode you can simulate high-usage alerts. This is ideal for demos, trainings, and acceptance testing.

Enabling demo mode for alerts

• Open Settings & notifications → Test & demo.
• Enable Simulate high usage.
• Select a scenario such as “EV charging spike” or “cooking peak during expensive hour”.

What gets simulated?

• Virtual usage peaks in the charts.
• Push and email notifications marked as “test”.
• Event triggers towards Home Assistant/Homey with a test flag.

During training sessions, participants can practise interpreting alerts and taking action without impacting real customer data.
