Exporting to CSV and building your own reports

Exporting data from Leafy Energy

For power users and analysts, Leafy Energy offers CSV exports. This lets you build your own reports and dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms.

How to export data

• Open the Reports & export tab.
• Select the period you’re interested in (month, quarter, year).
• Choose which data to export: usage, costs, prices, or combinations.
• Click Export to CSV and download the file.

What’s in the CSV?

• Date and time (hourly or daily).
• Usage (kWh), cost (€), and average price per kWh.
• Optional: location, device category, and profile details.

In demos, you can show what an export looks like and then quickly build pivot tables, charts, or budget reports in your favourite spreadsheet tool.
