Before requesting the upgrade

During installation

• Make sure the meter cabinet is easily accessible.
• Optionally note down the old meter reading for your own records.

After installation

• Log in to Leafy Energy and confirm that the new meter is linked to your connection.
• Enable remote reading permission if required in your region.
• Monitor your dashboard for the first few days to see when hourly data becomes visible.
