Why is my tariff different from my neighbour’s?
This is a common demo question: “why do I see different numbers than my neighbour?”
Possible reasons
- Different supplier or product: your neighbour may not be on a dynamic contract.
- Different grid region or fees: some components are region-specific.
- Different settings: viewing prices incl./excl. VAT or using filters in the app.
What’s the same?
- The underlying market prices per hour are identical for everyone in the same market zone.
- Leafy Energy shows those prices one-to-one, with transparent markups on top.
In the app you can enable a “comparison mode” to show which part of your tariff is universal (market) and which part is specific to your contract and region.
