Why is my tariff different from my neighbour’s?

This is a common demo question: “why do I see different numbers than my neighbour?”

Possible reasons

• Different supplier or product: your neighbour may not be on a dynamic contract.
• Different grid region or fees: some components are region-specific.
• Different settings: viewing prices incl./excl. VAT or using filters in the app.

What’s the same?

• The underlying market prices per hour are identical for everyone in the same market zone.
