No alert received: what now?
Were you expecting a price alert but nothing came through? This article covers the most common reasons.
1. Threshold not reached
- Check whether prices actually crossed your high or low threshold.
- Look at the price alert log in the app to see if the alert was triggered at all.
2. Notifications blocked
- Make sure push notifications for the Leafy Energy app are allowed in your phone settings.
- Check your spam folder if you rely on email alerts.
3. Snooze or pause enabled
- Open the alert overview and verify that the relevant alert isn’t snoozed or paused.
4. Automation issues
If you use webhooks or smart home systems, an error in Home Assistant or Homey can prevent any visible action even though the alert was sent. In that case, check the logs in your automation platform.
